Prerequisites are under review and may be changed. Current prerequisites are eight semester hours of biology, at least four hours of which must be accompanied by a lab. Students are strongly encouraged to have taken at least one course in molecular and cell biology. Eight semester hours of general chemistry, organic chemistry, and physics, all with lab, are also required in addition to six semester hours of English. The MCAT is required.
